If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for first-time orders.
To request a refund, email support@greenly.my with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note: due to food safety standards, opened tea packaging cannot be returned.
