Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We deliver across Malaysia using trusted courier partners such as Ninja Van, DHL, J&T or PosLaju.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and courier details.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@greenly.my with your order number and details.
We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. For overseas inquiries, please contact us directly.
